Join PhD Student Jacob Hargreaves from University of Aberdeen as he talks us through the incredible journey he took in in 2017 living in the British Antarctic Survey base at King Edward Point, South Georgia.

As part of his research project studying fungi that call this far-reaching part of the planet ‘home’ he recounts meeting the most incredible people, in the most incredible yet surreal month of his life, and will maybe add in a bit of science here and there. With a Q&A after all about his experience!
