Calling all those over the age of 55! Leave the kids behind and join us at Aberdeen Science Centre on the 12th September for a morning filled with science exploration!

Dock a spaceship, explore human anatomy scans and build your own structures all before joining us for a hands-on workshop where we will explore robotics and coding. For those who want more we will have a space for you to grab a coffee and some mini-bakes.

Our centre has been designed with all in mind and to prove it to you we’re offering a free session for anyone aged 55+. Plus, if you’re an unpaid carer you can also attend this event for free.

No need to book, just turn up and be ready to unlock the power of curiosity – it’s your turn to have fun!

Exploring the centre starts at 10am followed by a workshop at 11am.
