Delve into the importance of a well-rounded diet for physical health and it’s impact on our mental well-being. This session will guide you through the ‘Eatwell Plate’, explore the impact of caffeine and sugar, and learn the art of reading guidelines to make informed choices. Plus there will be time to explore our interactive exhibits!
