Once your order is received, we’ll post your physical voucher straight to you (or to an alternative delivery address if you prefer).
Please note: Vouchers cannot be redeemed online, they must be presented at reception on the date of your visit.
All vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

How do I buy a Gift Voucher?
Simply choose your voucher type (Adult, Child or Family), add it to your cart, and complete your order.
We’ll then post you out a physical voucher. Please confirm the delivery adress when completing your order.
Can I use my Gift voucher online?
At the moment, vouchers can’t be redeemed online. Just bring your voucher with you and show it at reception when you arrive.
Do I need to book in advance to use my voucher?
No. No booking is required, just bring your voucher to reception on the day you wish to visit.
How long are vouchers valid for?
All vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
Vouchers cannot be used after their expiry date.
Can I send vouchers to someone directly as a gift?
Yes! You can choose a different delivery address at checkout, and we’ll send your voucher directly to the recipient.
What if my voucher gets lost?
Unfortunately we cannot replace any voucher that is lost, stolen or used without your permission.
Can I get a refund on my gift voucher?
No, vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Can I use my voucher for special events?
No, vouchers are only valid for our standard admission rates and cannot be used as part payment towards special events or to purchase a STEM Passport.
