Would you like to include a Gift Aid donation?
As an independent charity (SC014922) we rely on ticket sales, donations, and fundraising to open our doors and continue our educational programmes. We have two admission prices; one is admission only and the other is admission plus a small donation. As a charity visitor attraction, if a donation of at least 10% of the admission price is included, we can treat the whole ticket price as a donation that is eligible for gift-aid, therefore generating additional income for our charity through gift aid.

Gift Aid Declaration
By selecting ‘yes, donate with Giftaid’ you agree to the following statement: I wish Aberdeen Science Centre to treat any eligible donations or membership subscriptions as Gift Aid-able donations. I can confirm I am a UK taxpayer and understand that if I pay less Income Tax and/or Capital Gains Tax than the amount of Gift Aid claimed on all my donations or membership subscriptions in that tax year it is my responsibility to pay any difference. I would also like to Gift Aid all donations /subscriptions I have made to Aberdeen Science Centre in the last four years and all donations in the future until I notify you otherwise. I will advise Aberdeen Science Centre if I want to cancel this declaration, change my name or home address, or no longer pay sufficient tax on my income or capital gains.
If you pay Income Tax at the higher or additional rate and want to receive the additional tax relief due to you, you must include all your Gift Aid donations on your Self-Assessment tax return or ask HM Revenue and Customs to adjust your tax code.
