Welcoming Every Explorer: Accessibility & Support
At Aberdeen Science Centre, we’re committed to making science accessible for everyone. The centre is fully wheelchair accessible with ramps, low-level counters, accessible toilets with emergency alarms, and free parking with disability bays. We offer a calm Sensory Space with dark dens, sensory toys, and ear defenders, as well as a Sensory Box available at reception to borrow during your visit.
A visual story guide is available to help visitors plan ahead, and assistance dogs are welcome. Free Carer Tickets are offered with proof of eligibility and can be collected at reception. Changing Places facilities are located near reception and open to all visitors—please bring your own sling.
