Join us on Tuesday, 25th February for Little Explorer Day – Earthquake Explorers! Packed with fun, hands-on activities to spark young imaginations, this session perfect for young children aged 3–6 (under 3s go free).
What’s included?
- Build and Test: Build a house with craft supplies and test if it can survive an earthquake
- DIY Earthquake Detector: Make your own earthquake detector to measure an ‘earthquake’
- Earthquake Discovery: Storytime adventure to explore what earthquakes are and what causes them, in a fun and easy-to-understand way
- Favourites: Enjoy colouring and puzzles for extra fun
The activities run in both morning and afternoon sessions in our special Under 6s zone. These sessions are crafted to offer a welcoming, relaxed environment where your child can explore at their own pace.
Tickets include full access to the science centre where kids can push buttons, pull levers, and explore hands-on exhibits designed to be played with.
