This Summer at Aberdeen Science Centre is set to be bigger, bolder, and more exciting than ever.

Join us this June as we dive into the Science of Sport, where you can explore how the human body performs, reacts, and powers through movement and exercise in fun, hands-on ways.

From July through August, don’t miss our Super Science Show, where we explore superheroes and their incredible powers through fun and exciting live science demonstrations, complete with flashes, lights, lasers and a few bangs for those jaw-dropping moments.

Step into the future with our immersive VR experiences which will be running daily. In June and July, travel through time with The Time Machine, visiting scenes from the past like the Colosseum and the Ancient Olympics.

Then in August and September, become an Earth Explorer, discovering geology and geography, from volcanoes to a journey to the Earth’s core.

Get creative with our Fashion the Future workshops in July and August, delivered in partnership with local artists and supported by the National Lottery through Creative Scotland.

Also running daily are special sessions in our Under 6 zone, featuring stories and hands-on make-and-take activities designed especially for our youngest scientists.

It’s an unforgettable season of discovery, energy, and excitement, right here at Aberdeen Science Centre.
