Our public events for adults are back!
Join us for an engaging and informative session exploring the connection between our everyday habits and our mental health.
We’ll look at how simple choices around sleep, nutrition (including caffeine and sugar impact), physical exercise, mindfulness and self-care habits can support our overall wellbeing and help us feel more balanced.
Come along for practical tips, open discussion and ideas you can easily incorporate into your daily routine. No pressure, no judgement — just a chance to learn, reflect and discover small changes that can make a positive difference to your mental wellbeing.
Refreshment and breakfast will also be included.
Thanks to the Fairer Aberdeen Fund, allocated by Aberdeen City Council, this event is free to attend.
