hire The Make It Zone for your Next event

Discover the unique and versatile Make It Zone, located on the first floor of Aberdeen Science Centre, within the Shell Learning Zone.

This distinctive space, features exhibits throughout the area. It is the perfect setting for your next conference, exhibition, networking event, fundraiser, recruitment fair, and everything in between.

For larger events, the exhibits can be cleared to accommodate up to 110 delegates in a theatre-style setup or 100 guests for a standing drinks reception, making it a flexible and dynamic choice for any event.

When hosting an event in the Make It Zone, the centre will be closed to the public, offering you exclusive use of the venue. Catering can be conveniently located within the same area or in the nearby Test It Zone. The downstairs area of ASC offers an inviting welcome space with a variety of exhibits that serve as perfect icebreakers.

The space is ready to simply get started. There is a dropdown screen and LCD projector which you can hook up to using an HDMI cable, or via ClickShare technology. We have two hand held mics and two headset mics which you can use if you like, or you can call in the expertise of our AV partner, AV One to handle your tech needs.
